Please note Reference to “You/Your” means reference to participants of this Contest.

Duration of the Entire Contest: 6:30pm 19^th April – Till The last match Chennai Team plays.

Contest will begin on the matchday after the contest creative is posted till the next day 11:30 pm.  The contest is only for Chennai matches.

Terms and Conditions governing the contests-

Participate in our Fan Moment of the match Contest and stand a chance to win merchandise and lucky winners will stand a chance to win a meet and greet with MS Dhoni. By participating in these Contests, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Contests as detailed herein.

Orient Electric Fan Moment of the Match

A. Participation Rules for the prize:

Note: This contest is only open for public profiles.

1. To enter Orient Electric Fan Moment of the Match contest:

a) Users need to post a story about the Orient Electric Fan Moment of the Match where they must associate moments of the match with 4 different moments mentioned on Orient Electric’s Instagram filters. You must upload a story telling why you associated with that moment using our Ai filter as well.

2Prizes: -

a) 3 lucky winners will stand a chance to win a meet and greet with MS Dhoni.

b) 50 participants stand a chance to win merchandise

c) Organizers of the contest can at any point of time decide to reduce/increase the number of prizes and cannot be challenged regarding the same.

B. Results will be announced after the last Chennai team match.
C .Eligibility

Only Indian residents who are of age 18 or above at the time of entering the Contest are eligible to participate in the Contest.

All the prizes will be distributed after lucky draw winner announcement which will be done on Instagram DMs, directly to the winner. Winners must provide their phone numbers and email numbers for Organizing team to get in touch. Winners must also provide acknowledgement that they have received the gratification

People with public profiles will only be able to participate in the contest.

Additional Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):

1. This # Orient Electric Fan Moment of the Match is organised by Orient Electric. Participation in this contest is purely voluntary.
2. Contest will begin on the matchday after the contest creative is posted till the next day 11:59 pm. The contest is only for Chennai matches.
3. The contest is open for everyone subject to the eligibility criteria detailed above.
4. The contest is not open for the employees, distributors, agents, vendors and suppliers of Orient Electric or for relatives of such employees, distributors, agents, vendors and suppliers of Orient Electric.
5. By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&Cs and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Orient Electric to select a participant eligible for the Prizes. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by / Orient Electric to conduct further, similar or other contests in the future. By participating in this Orient Electric, the participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this Contest and are of such legally permissible age.
6. Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number will automatically disqualify a participant. Orient Electric shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason which it may determine.
7. Orient Electric has the sole discretion in selecting the participants who all are eligible for prizes and no claims etc, by any third party shall be entertained in this relation thereto. Prizes are offered on 'NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND' basis. The Decision of Orient Electric shall be considered as final.
8. Orient Electric holds the right to publish the participants' names or use their posts and videos for its promotional activities through any medium/channel. The Participant agrees that Orient Electric shall not be under any obligation, under any circumstances, to pay to the participant any money towards the usage of the posts and videos shared by the Participant.
9. Orient Electric reserves the right to exchange, share or provide the information relating to your personal details and information with other Group Companies of Orient Electric or Statutory Bodies as and when required.
10. Orient Electric may use third-party service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services pursuant to standard terms and conditions that are generally non-negotiable. Orient Electric may be unable to impose contractual obligations on them with respect to the measures they use to protect Personal Information. Orient Electric shall not be responsible for the data security measures of any third parties.
11. Any information that we collect from you/participant may be used for a variety of purposes including but not limited to the following:

To improve our customer service.

To send periodic emails that we believe may be of interest to you, unless you expressly choose to opt out of it.

To conduct statistical analysis, quality assessment, audits, developing new products, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.

To comply with applicable laws and legal processes.

To respond to requests from public or government authorities

To protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, or that of our affiliates, service providers, you or others

To allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain

12. Orient Electric does not encourage and is not responsible for the misuse of any content. Copyrighted, obscene, provocative, questionable content or otherwise objectionable content will not be considered. Orient Electric retains the right to remove all such objectionable content at its sole discretion without any intimation to the participant. Orient Electric retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
13. You agree that the views expressed by you in the comment/video are your views and Orient Electric does not take any responsibility of the same. Any claims made against the views will have to be dealt by you at your own cost. You agree to hold Orient Electric and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, respective directors, and assigns from and against all claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees), arising from or relating to a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions; or a breach of any applicable laws; or violation of the rights of any third party.
    
    
14. Multiple entries are allowed. Participants take full responsibility for the Referral shared by them.
15. Participants agree and confirm that they will not make any claim against Orient Electric with regard to matters connected with this Contest. Participants expressly waive any and all rights of claim against Orient Electric with regard to the Contest, prize, or the T&Cs hereof. Further, Orient Electric shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Contest or accepting any part of the prize. Further, participants will hold Orient Electric harmless against any loss, damage, taxes, liabilities suffered by Orient Electric due to a participant’s participation in this Contest or accepting any part of the prize.
16. Orient Electric reserves the right to withdraw the Contest and/or change, amend, extend, and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this Contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever for the same.
17. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of ("Force Majeure Event"). Orient Electric shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
18. Orient Electric will not be responsible and liable for acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services /products/prize provided under the Contest.
19. This contest is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in India.
20. The participant(s) hereby give express permission to Orient Electric & its affiliates to freely use and distribute in any manner and through any medium their stories / submissions and content thereof as entered by them in this Contest. Materials/content sent/submitted with Orient Electric including feedback and other communications of any kind as well as submission of an entry to this Contest shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Orient Electric shall be free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback, materials without limitation or obligation of any kind. Orient Electric is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose. Participants agree and confirm that such submissions and any content/material included therein does not breach intellectual and/or proprietary rights of any third party.

21. Prizes are non-transferable & Orient Electric reserves the right to modify/withdraw the prizes, with/without any prior notice.

22. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

23. Any dispute arising out of this Contest herein shall be solely decided by Orient Electric and any such decision shall be final and binding on the Participants.

24. Limitation of Liability: Any liability arising out of this contest herein shall be limited to INR 100 only.
