Orient Spin 2 Win T&Cs

  • The Orient smart shop Spin 2 Winscheme of Orient Electric Limited (“Orient Electric or Company”) is for an end customer who shall be eligible under this scheme only on the purchase from an Orient Smart Shop. The consideration herein is solely for invoiced products and has no link with the cost of the vouchers.
  • The scheme shall be effective from <<24th’ October 2023>> to <<31st’ December 2023>> only at all Orient Electric Smart Shops.
  • The team at the Orient Smart Shop shall insert Customer’s mobile number, name and invoice details online on the Spin 2 Win scheme webpage which will trigger an SMS on the Customer’s mobile number.
  • The Customer will get an SMS on his/her mobile in real time with a URL link which they need to click to play Spin 2 win. They will only get one chance to spin.
  • Upon clicking the URL the customer will receive a pop-up upon asking permission to use his/her images on various forums. Upon consenting i.e. clicking “Yes”, the customer shall be redirected to the Spin 2 Win Page.
  • Upon spinning the wheel, if the customer wins a voucher, an E-voucher code will be shared vide separate SMS on the Customer’s mobile number
  • No cash shall be paid in lieu of E-vouchers and no request shall be entertained for the exchange of vouchers with Orient Electric products of equivalent value.
  • Assistance related to E-voucher redemption shall be available at 9891711564.
  • If lost/misused, the E-voucher(s) cannot be replaced. It will be void if resold. The E voucher cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash. It cannot be re-validated once past the expiry date.
  • This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, bodily harm or any other liability arising out of the vouchers dispersed to winners under this scheme. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to an Act of God, Governmental actions, or other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
  • This scheme is valid only on Orient Electric brand products purchased from the Orient Electric Smart Shop.
  • Orient Electric is committed to the protection of Personal Information received by customers. Hence, customers are advised to the read the Privacy Policy which is available in the Orient Electric website.
  • The Company reserves its right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer deemed to be:
    a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the operation of the scheme.
    b) violating the Terms and Conditions;
    c) engaging in fraud, dishonesty or illegal activity.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice. The Company's decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
  • Participation in this scheme shall be construed as an unconditional acceptance by the customer of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
  • Upon receiving consent from the Customer, the company reserves the right to use the pictures shared under the scheme on various platforms.
  • All Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its construction or effect or as to the right, duties, obligations or liabilities of the parties hereto or either of them under or by virtue of or in connection herewith or any document executed or otherwise as to any other matter in any way connected with or arising out of or in relation to the subject matter hereof, shall be resolved by arbitration conducted exclusively at New Delhi under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactments thereof. The arbitration shall be heard before a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted only in the English Language.
  • All disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

  • These terms and conditions apply to Amazon Pay Gift Cards (Gift Cards) issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (Amazon Pay). Pine Labs is a private limited company organized under the laws of India, and is the issuer of the Gift Cards. You may purchase Gift Cards through various options available on www.amazon.in corresponding mobile site and mobile application ("Amazon.in"), and also use Gift Cards provided to you by third parties in the manner provided hereunder. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
  • Redemption: Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on Amazon.in and any other third party merchants that are enabled to accept the Gift Cards. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemers Amazon Pay balance account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards. Pine Labs may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase or use. Certain merchants may provide you services only on the pre-condition that you allow us to hold balances in your Amazon Pay balance: Gift Card till the service completion by the merchant. However, your prior consent would be taken before holding such balances. In such cases, you agree and authorize us to: (i) hold your balance until service completion; and (ii) fail the transaction if your balance in the Amazon Pay Gift Card is less than the actual amount charged by the merchant for the services.
  • Limitations: Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance. You may request for revalidation of any expired Gift Cards. Upon receipt of such request, the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and subject to applicable terms and conditions. Gift Cards may only be purchased in denominations ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 10,000, or such other limits as Pine Labs may determine. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, amount in your Gift Cards will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point of time. Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another users account. No interest will be payable by Pine Labs on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. Pine Labs make no representation or warranty that Amazon.in will always be accessible without interruption.
  • Fraud: Pine Labs is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (together with Amazon Pay is referred to as 'Amazon') will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Amazon.in.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, Pine Labs and Amazon each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. You agree to indemnify Pine Labs and Amazon for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
  • Limitation of Liability: NEITHER PINE LABS NOR AMAZON MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. Paytm

  • The coupon code can be used once by the user.
  • Single user can use 3 coupon codes.
  • The validity of the coupon code is 12 months.
  • If the value of the coupon code is more than Rs 10000, the user should be a KYC user registered with Paytm to be able to add money into the wallet using the coupon code.
